My name is Mark M. Rich; I’m 32 years old, live in Malden, MA. I am currently the target of Organized Stalking.
“Organized Stalking is a form of terrorism used against an individual in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a persons life so they will: have a nervous break-down, become incarcerated, institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional, or physical pain, become homeless, &/or
commit suicide. This is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, & general harassment. It is a “ganging up” by members of the community who follow an organizer & participate in a systematic “terrorizing” of an individual.”

Organized Stalking is a descendent of MKULTRA, COINTELPRO & the KKK’s Gang Stalking tactics. This is also called Cause Stalking, Gang Stalking, Revenge Stalking, & Terrorist Stalking.
Due to the events that I have witnessed & read about, I have concluded that it would be in my best interest to make as many people aware of my situation as possible. To that end, I have created this entry so that if I (or a member of my family) am killed, framed, setup, institutionalized, incarcerated, disappear, appear to have committed suicide, have an “accident”, or otherwise neutralized, this site
will provide testimony to what really happened. In addition, this site is for people who believe they’re
targets of Organized Stalking.
The books I reference here are Mobbing, Terrorist Stalking in America, and Gaslighting. In addition, I reference a report by Julianne McKinney.
Terrorist Stalking in America by David Lawson The book Terrorist Stalking in American was written by a private investigator that followed these groups around for years. The tactics outlined in his book are consistent with the pattern of occurrences that targets across North American (including myself) & other developed countries have reported.

Book Cover- Gaslighting means to drive someone crazy. It comes from the 1944 film, Gaslight, in which a husband convinces his wife she’s losing her mind. Gaslighting is the most potent form of psychological warfare available without a license. Gaslighting will show you how to cause disorientation, get your target off balance, & build-up his paranoia. Finally, you completely annihilate his reputation, leading to personal disasters such as job loss, divorce, financial devastation-even jail.
In addition there are multiple websites now devoted to the topic of Organized Stalking. This phenomenon is not yet recognized by the mainstream media, the legal community, or
mental health professionals. This is because they are blackmailed, threatened, or bribed. Some have apparently been setup as Catch-nets & Disinfo Organizations. Many targets & reputable authors have concluded that this is state-sponsored terrorism. Some police officers, former
FBI & CIA have also come to this conclusion. There are thousands of people across North American who are aware they’re targeted, & many more who don’t yet know. This covert domestic terrorism has been linked to miscarriages & suicides.

fight with daily. They would have multiple people repeatedly harass me with covert verbal barbs (vulturing). I would defend myself against the attacks of some of these individuals by fighting back using the same subtle harassment techniques they were using on me. My resistance to their bullying is what kept me sane. During that time I did seek employment elsewhere but was unsuccessful. It is
also very likely that some recruiters I had been in touch with, not only were in touch with my employer, but also participated in this harassment. It seems they were pushing me out the door as well as preventing me from leaving. After I left the organization I came across the book, Mobbing.

“Mobbing is an emotional assault. Through innuendo, rumors & public discredit, a hostile environment is created in which one individual gathers others to willingly, or unwillingly participate in continuous malevolent actions to force a person out of the workplace. These actions escalate into abuse & terrorizing behavior.”
While I don’t remember exactly when this Mobbing & community-based harassment began I believe it is likely that it was in response to a disagreement I had with the company, two to be exact.

“A disagreement or conflict sets the Mobbing cycle into motion. In most cases, however, that very event is virtually irrelevant. The event becomes an excuse to set the Mobbing into motion.”
Mobbing is a subtle form of harassment used to kick a person out of the workplace or even workforce while leaving little trace. The logic is that it is less of a liability for the organization if you “voluntarily” leave than if they fire you. Some organizations apparently enjoy it as a form of covert sport-harassment as well.

Since I left the organization I have noticed that I am being Gang Stalked. This may have started 3-4 years ago. One thing is for sure; it intensified after I was left Mellon Bank. The tactics used in these stalking clubs are designed to resemble life’s “normal hardships” so most targets believe they just have a lot of bad luck. They never conclude that an Organized Stalking gang is harassing them. Others find out after they’ve been targeted for months or years.

“Mobbing sometimes continues after individuals have left the organization. Although this can rarely be proven, slandering continues. Some interview partners even reported that they have been personally hounded months after they had left the organization. This ongoing mobbing, even after the individuals are no longer connected with the organization, seems to justify the Mobbers previous behavior & upholds the organization’s decision. They try to defend themselves by continuing to destroy the
victim’s reputation & by preserving the myth of the “difficult” employee.”
When this Mobbing continues out in the community it is called Organized Stalking.

Deception using lies about the target appear to be the most common method used to get citizens to participate. Specifically, smear campaigns using bogus investigations. Furthermore, it is likely that they take advantage of existing federally sponsored mechanisms, such as community crime watch organizations, & religious organizations, & use them as unsuspecting instruments in their retaliation campaigns. Some of these people they’re using think they’re doing a community service. Stalking, like gambling, is highly addictive. This is a very well funded & organized service that exhibits, “cult-like” characteristics.

The people who repeatedly harass, commit acts of vandalism, theft, & torture of pets, do it not because of a “greater cause” or “patriotism.” They do it because that’s the kind of people that they are.
The people who participate in Organized Stalking are heavily influenced by evil. Many are church-going Christians.

I experience noise campaigns such as horns & alarms going off the instant I walk into my house, convoys of vehicles driving down my street (a side street) playing loud music, yelling & revving their engines as they pass my house day & night, & ongoing construction.

Within a six-week period 5 houses in my immediate area underwent construction. This is significant because these houses surround mine.
These houses were:

This amounted to a six-week noise campaign of cutting & hammering.
Since then there has been more construction going on at 52 Wentworth. Also there is more construction going on at 49 Wentworth (next door). This is most probably statistically impossible. Most days consist of a steady concert of noise.

I receive harassment through email. I receive lots of pranks. My character is being smeared, I have been Mobbed out of the workplace, & I have been Blacklisted. I have worked in the IT industry as a desktop support technician for about ten years. I am currently unemployed. I have excellent troubleshooting & customer services skills under normal conditions. One very common characteristic that targets across North America share is that most of us are unemployed. Not by choice. Part of the “package” is that the organizers are paid to make sure we receive zero income.

“The majority of those now in contact with the project-educated, white-collar professionals-have lost their jobs. Termination of employment in many of these cases involved prefatory harassment by the employer & coworkers, which coincided with other over forms of harassment…”
In addition to the organizers using merchants, city-workers and the general community to participate in the harassment, job recruiters are also used to help Blacklist a target. It appears they can be used not only to ruin careers but also to traumatize people & push them out of the workforce.
This can be done on an interview by asking repeated questions for which you must answer “no” to. Asking if you possess skills, certifications, experience, etc. that are not listed on your resume. Frequently asking if you have skills/experience that they did not list as a requirement in their AD. As an icing on the cake, a surprise written test that you were not told about can be used to further
humiliate you. The goal is to traumatize and disgrace you. Again, these things happen to everyone occasionally. Frequency and duration.

“Committed directly, or indirectly, in subtle, or obvious ways. Engineered to discredit, confuse, intimidate, isolate and force a person into submission. Representing the removal from the workplace as the victim’s choice.”
If organizations can rally multiple people go “gang up” & covertly force a person out of the workplace while making it look like the person decided to leave, it is easy to believe how this harassment can spread out into the community.
Like all Organized Stalking & Gaslighting tactics, when they Blacklist a person they carefully cover their tracks so it appears that a target is unemployed due to his/her own laziness or incompetence.

My cat has been beaten twice during a one-week period. Both were large puncture wounds. Given my situation & the pattern of occurrences, this was not an accident or something done by a larger animal. This animal torture is classic ritual abuse.

Other forms of harassment I’ve noticed include sensitivity operations. These operations are a very big part of the harassment campaigns as reported by hundreds of targets across the nation. They are designed to capture the target’s attention, & let them know they’re being harassed/followed. The goal is to get the target sensitized to very subtle “triggers” so that once they are sensitized they can be harassed openly in a public place. These sensitivity programs are based on a science called
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) or NAC (Neuro-Associate Conditioning).
Here’s a hypothetical example of how groups sensitivity programs.
1. One mooring your walking out to your car & a man walks in front of you, stares directly at you in a hostile manner while repeatedly clicking his pen the whole time. You feel a little uneasy & say to yourself, “Boy, that was weird, what was his problem?”
2. Then two hours later you’re leaving a shopping mall on a day that it was not particularly crowded. As you walk out to your car an old lady approaches you on foot. As she almost collides with you, she locks her eyes onto you with a hostile demeanor, while clicking a pen the whole time.
Then maybe you tell yourself something like this. “There couldn’t be a relation between those events, probably just a coincidence. But they both stared at me in a hostile way while hammering their pens...”
3. Later in the afternoon, you’re on your way home. You’re at a stoplight & out of the corner of your eye you see a passenger in the car to your left. You hear a slight noise, & glance over. You see a man glaring at you with a grin on his face. His arm is hanging out the window & he
is holding a pen, which he is repeatedly clicking.
Now imagine that happening for a month.
Then one day you’re on a sidewalk with a friend or family member. A man walks by, doesn’t look at either one of you, but clicks his pen a couple of times. What would you tell your friend or family member? That is an example of a sensitivity program.
Here is a break down of what happened. The collisions, blatant hostile staring, & foul grin created the negative emotions & assigned (anchored) them to the pen, which has now become the trigger. Now, even if you see a pen that is not held by one of these perpetrators, you’ll probably feel fear or anxiety.
That’s the power of NLP/NAC.
This type of attack does require some maintenance & will loose its potency unless it is reinforced. So groups will reinforce these anchors and triggers with occasional blitz attacks from time to time.
Here is a personal example, which happened shortly after I left Mellon Bank. While walking down Boylston Street there were 40-50 people with cell phones held to their ears walking by me and cutting me off (to get my attention). Most of them smiled, looked directly at me, or waved (to get my attention). Also there were comments made such as “he’s right in front of me”, “he’s coming your way” & “here he is” (to get my attention). This was done within a relatively confined area surrounding me, and on a day that was not particularly crowded (statistically unlikely/impossible). This was a
covert method of letting me know that I was being stalked. This “blitz attack” was done to get me sensitized to a common object, a cell phone (trigger). Other targets have reported similar things happening to them with laptops, pens, cars, and other common items.

People who participate in Organized Stalking will walk by me and say things such as “fuck you, fuck-up, scum-bag,” or they’ll mention something about my personal life. Of course this happens to many people, once in a while. Frequency & duration is the key.

Santoro devotes a whole chapter to the creation of paranoia. “Whispering sneers-Another way to foster your target’s paranoia is to make it clear that people are, indeed, talking about him. Sneering while you whisper will suggest that he’s being mocked, causing a very uncomfortable feeling.”

“Some tactics involve workplace and public harassment or 'street theater'. Individuals who are known to have predispositions that run counter to the impression that a recruiter intends to build around a TI are recruited for participation. The more participants that can be recruited against a given TI, the more effective the operation is in terms of the application of the group pressure. Thus, recruitment may be as simple and mundane as a whisper in an ear. Selected moments from years of continuous, transparent surveillance of the TI can also be strung together to create a desired and arbitrary impression in
support of recruitment as well. Participants are instructed to make no mention of the existence of the
operation and may be threatened either openly with prosecution or implicitly by suggesting the possibility of retribution/revenge by the TI for doing so. Instead, participants are instructed to bounce, in 'reading between the lines' or otherwise indirect ways, distorted and exaggerated semi-reflections of a target's own personality and characteristics that relate in some fashion to the aims and intentions of the operation.”
I experience collision campaigns involving multiple people in stores and on the street who deliberately cut me off. This happens consistently in places where there are no crowds and much too often to be a coincidence. I verified this by slowing down & speeding up on occasions that I
suspected a perpetrator would deliberately cut me off. They adjusted their timing & mirrored my movements so that a collision would occur. This was blatantly obvious. Collisions are done to startle the target & create tension.

“Group members will attempt to physically intimidate a target if they can, by standing very close. Swarming is a tactic, which is also used. It involves totally surrounding a target so he cannot move.”

The above happens constantly in stores that are not crowded.

This Organized Stalking group will have their members
follow me into restaurants. They’ll usually sit next to me and mention things about my personal life. This is done both to harass me and to try to evoke a sense of helplessness by not being believed if I were to tell someone about the harassment. This type of harassment is concealed to anyone else in the establishment. Some of the other patrons may recognize that something is not right with that group of
people. This is probably because the tone, rhythm & volume of their conversations are not natural, they’re rehearsed and artificial. It’s almost like bad acting. Occasionally you’ll even see other patrons looking over at them with an expression of “what’s wrong with those people.” Personal
information gathered by surveillance is used primarily for harassment. This has been well documented not only by countless targets, but also in books such as The War At Home, by Brian Glick, The New COINTELPRO, by Stephen DeVoy, & Terrorist Stalking in American by David Lawson.
These people also made their presence know while I was vacationing in Florida. This happened on both flights, as well as in several restaurants.

I have never been an activist, but I began researching this phenomenon with the goal of raising public awareness. I handed out flyers in the neighborhood & gave some to people who have been participating in the harassment next door at 55 Wentworth (first & second floor). This was done
on Friday July 22, 2005. I did this so that they would know what they are a part of. Then Saturday morning at 1:15AM there were two fire trucks & a key span truck in front of my house & theirs. All three trucks had their lights flashing. Apparently there was some “trouble with their furnace
On March 13, I had a conference call with members a human rights group who are targets of this type of terrorism. One of our members was in contact with a representative from Amnesty International named Illona Kelly. We had planed to gather our personal accounts & send them to her. The next morning I received a threatening email.

Later Saturday at 10:00AM, I noticed that both for-sale signs on my lawn were ripped in half. There has also been slight damage done to the masonry on my stairs and bricks surrounding my house.
Litter from the perpetrators next door at 49 Wentworth is thrown onto by backyard lawn. They also “accidentally” broke a window on the side of the house. They confessed this “mishap” & told us they’d repair it. The vandalism, litter, & theft are usually small. It is usually just below what most people would report to the police. They’re designed to let you know you’re being harassed.

Much of this harassment is concealed using common problems and incidents that occur normally in everyday life. The difference is frequency and duration. The covert techniques they’re using are generally the same ones that some organizations use to beat employees into submission, & get
them to quit their jobs while leaving little trace (Gas lighting, Subliminal Mind Control, & Mobbing). However, the goal of this COINTELPRO/Organized Stalking seems to be to drive the target to a nervous breakdown, or to commit suicide. Moving doesn’t help.
At this point I don’t know when the community-based harassment began. However, at this point I believe that Mellon has funded this because:
*This is the same type of covert harassment I experienced while in their employ, only it happens in public.
*Various resources, books, websites, & people have confirmed that corporations use Gang Stalking as a revenge service.
*They have the means (unlimited financial resources, connections to the federal government), the opportunity (tremendous influence), and the intent.
Since learning that I’ve been targeted for domestic terrorism I found out there are hundreds of others across North America experiencing this ritualistic torture. I have been in touch with some of them. Our experiences regarding Organized Stalking are relatively consistent.
Many of people I’ve been in touch with are not the rapists, pedophiles, crack-heads, crazies, prostitutes, or terrorists that these corporate/state-sponsored perpetrators say they are. Most of the ones I’ve spoken
with are not only highly intelligent, but they’re genuinely decent people who have spent a great deal of time on personal reflection and growth.

Most of the people I’ve noticed who participate in Organized Stalking have a very low self-esteem. They’re generally small-minded and unintelligent failures. Apparently stalking serves as a distraction for them, almost like medication. But not all of them fit this description. Some realize that what they’re doing is wrong, but know what will happen if they don’t participate.

I have kept track of the Mobbing and Organized Stalking as much as possible. I have notes with descriptions of events, dates, and people. Two months ago I began taking pictures of the community-based Organized Stalking.
Amnesty International & some stalking organizations have either not gotten back to me, or have told me that Organized Stalking doesn’t exist.
I recently sent a letter to the ACLU & I’m waiting to hear back from them.
